Thank you for that Information. Yes, just set that setting on private please. I tried to log into the account but doesnt work. I wonder that there is no possibility to enter MY OLD SITE as I was the one who put all the blogposts on it and I can send a proof as my ID to someone. WordPress doesnt care about its users…not really. that sucks!

@moe – It’s up to Staff/Happiness Engineers to agree to change that Privacy setting. I’m a forum moderator and brought up a solution I had seen elsewhere, but I cannot make that change for you.
With all due respect, it is up to the user to keep their log in information safeguarded and available.
If you cannot prove you are the owner of that site with any of the information requested in the account recovery form that lucank pointed you to, then really there’s nothing else that can be done. WordPressdotcom’s policy is quite strict about ownership and personally, I am very glad that WordPressdotcom is *that* cautious.

In the cases where we set a site to private it is an exception and we generally only do that if a site contains personal information, not to prevent a Google duplicate content penalty.
Have you checked all your email addresses as I’ve asked before, and have you tried submitting the account recovery form?

yes I have checked every possible Mailaccount and there was nothing received. So, there is nothing I can do? Like….nothing?

I’ve sent another email to the address for that account, in case the first one did not go through. I’m not getting a bounce-back reply, so it doesn’t look like the email is failing, but it could be getting filtered into the Spam folder or another automated filter in your email account. Please try searching your email for a message from help @ wordpress.com.

I’m not allowed even to give you that hint – our account recovery policies are very strict in this regard, as it’s so easy to gain access to an account through social engineering and getting the right hints.
If you have emails at both those domains, please check them both.
