    Hi eaffonso98,

    What is the email address of the account or address of the site you are having trouble receiving a password reset email for? If you type the address normally, it will be hidden from public view but visible to staff.

    If you haven’t done so already, it would be worth checking your spam folder in case the email has gone there.
