  Hi good day. i would like to ask how will i receive a notification in wordpress. my email cant receive any notification in word since i click the forgot password button.

  Hi epfelipe,

  What is the address of the site you need to reset the password for? If it is hosted on WordPress.com, a password reset email can be sent with these steps:

  Recover Your Account

  If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please contact them or post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice.

  I’ll be happy to check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.

  Hi epfelipe, I can confirm this site is not hosted here on our servers. And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

  First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
  http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

  As long as you can log into , you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
