I forgot to pay my subscription

  Dear wordpress team, I thought my wordpress site was set to auto-renew, but my credit card had expired and the subscription was not renewed. The payment was due in June. Is there any way I can regain access to the site now please? Many thanks.

  It appears your subscriptions were renewed automatically back in June, and your site at https://drsueredman.com is now live for me. Are you unable to view your site on your WordPress.com dashboard?

  Thank you for your response, yes, my dashboard says I don’t have 0 domains and asks me if I want to add a site.

  No, I’ve only ever had the one, and the browser has stayed open on my computer. Maybe I should log out and back in again?
