I forgot which E-mail I used to log in and I have been charged for the past two years

  Hello,

  I’m trying to contact the customer service but without luck, now I’m logged in with one regular account that I used to have to post this question. I had another account which I paid premium with. But I haven’t logged into that account for one or two years and I don’t remember which E-mail address I was using with the paid account, it was charged with another year of premium service just today. I would like to cancel the subscription but the thing is, I can’t find which E-mail to log in.

  Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
