I get 4 emails with the same comment on comment notification

  hello:
  i got this from one reader “After I originally commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from that service? Cheers!”. is there a way?
