I get a "User cannot access the Dashboard requested" error

I am the admin of the site choosetosucceed.org, and have used the username to login to choosetosucceed.org/wp-admin successfully in the past. Now when I try and login, the domain is shown as expired by 15 days, and when I try to login and renew, I get this error. When I log into wordpress.com with my account, it shows no history of choosetosucceed.org. I think the error is originating from the fact that I used the same account for school a couple years before linking it to choosetosucceed.org as admin. Please let me know what I need to do to get the site back functioning correctly.

One has to be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.COM blog that they are mapping from to the domain URL to renew any upgrade.

Okay thank you. FYI, the choosetosucceed.org site is not listed under the upgrade section. I have tried changing password and using the actual email address to login and still just get rerouted to cnb1991 WordPress.com dashboard. I have also tried this with one of the accounts that I had set up under choosetosucceed.org and that user is shown as nonexistent.

choosetosucceed.org is set as the primary domain for choosetosucceeddotorg1.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.
You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the choosetosucceeddotorg1.wordpress.com site and purchased the domain mapping upgrade to choosetosucceed.org for it.

Timethief is correct here. The account cnb1991 is not the owner of the domain choosetosucceed.org. You’ll need to log out of this account, and into the account that originally purchased the domain.
If you’re not certain of what account that is, let me know and I can help you regain access.
