I get an error message when trying to change my blog´s name

I NEED to change the name of my recently created blog. Please help me, I am trying to change of my blog and I only get the following text:

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
