I get email – click on it go to the site see Video -cannot play – it says ERROR

  Yes there is a video with little black square and pointer > like that
  click on that and it SHOULD play – it does not play it shows

  “an error has occurred – please try again later” – what nonsense – I get this with all WordPress videos – is there a special fee or something please let me know

  Could you please let me know on which page I can find that video? Please also make sure you are running the latest browser version.
