I get message http error when uploading images

    Hi there, I am having issues when uploading images on my blog. Most of the time I get HTTP Error message, even when I crop the image I would still get the same message.
    All I saw on forums is to log to the server via FileZilla, not sure how to do that and also those comments are from a few years ago, surely WordPress would come up with a fix by now?
