I get Server 500 error

    Hello
    Only while trying to save the new things I added to my website with elementor, I am gettig Server 500 error, it strangely saves the new things that I modified , but keeps showing that error on the ‘Edit with elementor’ panel when I click the ‘upgrate’ button.
    I talked to my domain provider Godaddy, they confirmed and I saw it on c-pannel, that I am using only 1/4 of my memory and 1/20 of my disc space, I am using the şatest available versions of WP, PHP, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, I wrote to Elementor support, and they advised me that I should ask WordPress support team to raise my limit from 256M to 512M, could you please do that for me. Thank you. Gorkem (I would have attached many log files and scree shots to this ticket of mine so that you would have much clearer picture of the situation but I couldn’t find any ‘attachement’ button in your Help-Ticket page, further data from me will be gladly provided, I appreciate your reply for the solution.     The site I need help with is woudacieux.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there,

    The site woudacieux.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and other hosting companies also happen to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

    In this case you would ask GoDaddy (your host) to increase your memory settings. This is not something we can address for you unless you were to leave GoDaddy and host with us.
