  I have an un-authorize charge of 99$ on May 10,2015 I would like to know why I was charge for because I did delete all my credit cards information from my profile.
  It worries me because I had no founds on my bank account and now I have to pay more charges on my account, is really crazy that I can’t get in touch with you guys there is no #PHONE NUMBER or anything.
  I need also help in removing /delete my account because I see there is an schedule charge for next year.
  I need help please.

  Hi!

  We don’t currently offer support over the phone. However, I have found the charge you are referring to. This was for a Premium plan at WordPress.com on the site bakingsmilesinc.wordpress.com. It looks like you started a two week trial on 4/28/15. Those trials automatically renew after the two week period has ended.

  I have refunded the charge to your account. You can see the refund here:

  The funds should be on your account within the next several days. I’ve also removed all upgrades from your account so you will not be charged moving forward. Let us know if you need anything else!
