I got a new email address and can’t seem to change it

    Hi,
    I am registered with (email visible only to moderators and staff). I want to change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff). When I try to change it, it acts like I set up a new account with that email. Can you please fix this? I don’t want a second account. I just want my (email visible only to moderators and staff) to be changed so I login with (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you please fix this? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    The Gmail address you mention here is associated with another WordPress.com account that was created a few days ago. To use that email with your vafeather account, you’ll first need to log into the other account and close it. 30 days after you close it the Gmail address will be released for use with another account.
