I got a new phone number and i can't login.

  I chance my phone number. And my old phone number is closed.
  I try to enter my WordPress account, but system sends “verification number” to my old (closed) phone number. So I can’t enter my account.

  I tried resetting my password, but system sends verification number to my old number again.

  I tried “Account Recovery Form”. But I don’t have any “Proof of Ownership” requirements. No transaction id (my account is free), no activation url (activation email was deleted long time before), and no two factor code.
  Just have my user name, and my actual password.

  For asking help from here, I have to create a temporary account. This account, is not the help i want. It’s for another.

  How can i solve my problem? How can i reach my website?
