I got a problem with the plugin wpsb-opt-in

  Hi friends, i just installed the plugin wpsb-opt-in in order that send post to the users that subcribe to my blog and the only problem is that when i try to erase or send post to the users that are subscribed to my blog it say me this error “Cannot load wpsb-opt-in.php.”.

  Does anybody knows this error and why it happens in my blog
