I got a refund once I canceled my account but I got charged again

    Hi

    I just canceled my account. I was notified that a refund will apply. Which it did. But my credit card again was charged.

    So basically, there was the charge, then a refund, then again the same charge.

    Could you kindly assist.

    Hi there!

    I checked your account and found that you were charged C$29.38 for the domain renewal fee, which was refunded after you canceled the domain. I don’t see a second charge this month, at least not from this account. Could you locate the transaction ID for the second payment and send it to billingsupport@wordpress.com?
