I got a renewal email… but I can't see any purchases in my account?

Hi, I got an email with the subject line:
‘Your WordPress.com domain mapping subscription for supermuerta.cl renews soon’Here’s a screencaption:
http://vvcap.com/3xhevIU1uV4I have no credit card in this. But the email says my card will soon be charged…
what should I do? Do I ignore it?

We still have a card on file for your account. You can view it on the billing history page, here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
If that card is no longer correct you can remove it there, but that means your domain mapping will expire unless you renew it manually or add a new card on the Purchases page:

Looks like your website supermuerta.cl is not hosted on wordpress.com, it’s hosted on WordPress software with another hosting porvider.
You might have purchased some plan from wordpress.com sometime back and your plan is up for renewal.
Do check in your account “Manage Purchases” section. If it is something to do with your domain name and/or domain redirection; you should consult your present hosting service provider and the “Happiness Engineers” at wordpress.com

I have never purchase anything I don’t even have a credit card so is impossible. It says my plan is free.

You will see the domain mapping upgrade there. You, or otherwise someone with access to this account, bought that upgrade on 29 December 2015, and it was renewed last year on 29 November 2016. You can see receipts for both transactions and view the stored credit card details we have on file on your billing history page, here:

You are not using that domain with us, so you don’t need that domain mapping upgrade, but that doesn’t change the fact that you bought it and have been paying us for it for the past two years.

It says “Sergio Burgos” who pay for this but I don’t know who is he.
Is his credit card so is his debt. So if nobody is going to pay for that. What will happen if I ignore this?
My site will go down? I have no idea what’s going on. -
To buy this upgrade on your account that person had to be logged into your account. So I find it very hard to believe you don’t know the person who bought the upgrade.
The domain is not even pointed to WordPress.com, so there is no reason to have the domain mapping upgrade on our system. Nothing will happen if it’s not renewed, as your site at that domain is not even with us.
If you don’t want the card to be charged again for the renewal you can just cancel the upgrade via the Purchases page:

I’m sorry, I had any clue about this in the past days. I recall everything now. This site was build by a another person. I asked a guy to help me in that time. Apparently the guy who helped me to build my site ask someone else to use his credit card to buy I-don’t-know-what and didn’t notified me. I pay for the work and that was all. Now I don’t know if the second guy is aware of this payment because I don’t have contact with him anymore, that’s another history. When the first guy finished the work he gave to me all the credentials. That’s why I said I didn’t know who that person was because of that third person that I wasn’t aware of.

As I mentioned above, you don’t actually need that upgrade as your domain is no longer pointed to us, so you can safely cancel that upgrade from the Purchases page and then the card won’t be charged again.
