I got a violation message and is not right

  Please I need urgent help since I have been proceeding normally after getting a wordpress free domain for a new blog then when importing the contenct (from my other blog) the platform is giving me an error message that seems related to technical problems since the content is exactly the same of the other blog ..
  all this is extremely strange, I need help please
