I got bank/merchant declined the transaction error

I’m currently testing WooCommence Authorize net payments. After I filled card details, I got the massage that ‘Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again.’
What is reasons and how can I fix this trouble?
