i got billed 100euro today

    i have no idea what i am paying for or how to stop this. please can someone talk to me to help me understand why? i dont want to loose my websites but my rebeccalafont.com doesnt even use wordpress and thebuttondandy.com has only 26 euro payments in 2016. please can someone explain what i am paying for? i also made a written request to unsubscribe to your sevices 2 days ago.

    I’ll be glad to help you get this all sorted out. On the account that you’ve used to write to us I can see that the last charge was for €13.00 on 2016-01-22. Nothing since.

    That means the charge in question is coming from a different account.

    Please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and use the contact support link on the right hand side if you’re unable to identify the charge with the details from your bank.
