I got blocked suspended for something? why?

    I was working on a landing page, and suddenly got blocked for some reason.

    ‘This blog has been archived or suspended in accordance with our Terms of Service.
    For more information and to contact us please read this support document.’

    I have no idea why, I cant even imagine what could I have done to violate the ToF, barely checking and testing how to make a landing page
