I got charge twice

  I cancelled my order yesterday and I just realize that I got charge twice. I just want to makesure that both got full refunded

  Hi there,

  From looking at your account I can see you were only charged once for your plan. The plan was then cancelled and refunded on 19-Jan-2017.

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement and as it only only issued yesterday, may take a few more days to reach you.

  You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  There is one receipt for your original purchase and one for the refund.
