i got charged for domain mapping and i dont know why

  hi there,
  i just got charged $13.00 for domain mapping and i am on the free plan. i would like a refund thankyou. my wordpress site is http://www.fithealthydiary.wordpress.com

  I don’t see any charges made to the user account that you’ve contacted us from. Can you tell me what domain was mapped?

  Domain mapping for mcallanministries.com was auto renewed on 1/3/17. This charge is not from sarahmcjoyful user account.

  I’ve removed the upgrade and refunded the $13 charge. It could take up to ten business days to process through your bank.
