  Help! Anyone have any idea why i can no longer upload video files?? (All video files are now “grayed out” and not available as an option when “adding” to the media library.) I suspect that this may be due to a need to renew the annual fee for Videopress… However, I have not received a renewal notification of any kind and I’m somewhat surprised by the sudden and un-ceremonial nature in which this option has ceased with out warning……
  Where do I go to check on videopress expiration, etc? This part of wordpress’ site leaves much to be desired in the area of support… (I’m paying for a service but have no support!!!)

  You can check the status of your upgrade on the upgrades page in the dashboard.

  Thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately there is no indication as to wether or not my upgrades have expired or not! Any idea how to tell? (I’d contact WP Support, but they are away until Sept 19th…) Thanks as always!

  It should be listed on your Update page.

  Unfortunately it is not listed on the Upgrade page, but thank you for the suggestion raincoster.

  (There are 6 possible upgrades listed by WordPress on the Upgrade page, however, there is no indication wether an upgrade is in use or not.)

  Does anyone know how to verify if an upgrade has been purchased?

  In other words, what is the tell tale sign that an upgrade has been paid for and should be available for use?
