I got my client's hosting to change my URL from fitrepo.co

    Hi there,

    I got my client’s hosting to change my URL from fitrepo.co to fitrepo.com but now my wordpress.com and woocommerce accounts dont exist? This is actually for my clients account and his username is his email [REDACTED]. Why does the accounts not exist anymore? Please help

    It looks like fitrepo.co to fitrepo.com are self-hosted sites, so our support is limited, but we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

    Can you confirm the old URL was connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack?

    Also, I can see that the new URL is connected via Jetpack: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=fitrepo.com – do the users on this site have WordPress.com accounts?
