  Hi, I don’t see any domains associated with this username. My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  Once you log in as the user, try renewing at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases . If that isn’t working or if you’re not able to log in as that user, can you update us here with the domain name?
