I got scammed with your premium plug in on wordpress

I purchased a premium add on for one of your plug ins in your plug in section and I got scammed. i got charged 44$ american and payed over 62$ Canadian for it. Cryptocurrency Widgets – Price Ticker & Coins List is the plug in and Coin Market Cap is the add on, its by Cool Plugins. the add on is from Cool Plugins Team. this is the contact i have of these clowns (email visible only to moderators and staff) they replied once and stopped. its been two weeks now. not recommending wordpress to anyone if this dont get resolved

We, at WordPress.com, have not charged anything to the account you’re using in this forum post. There has never been anything billed, no upgrades, no plugins, no premium plan. You can confirm that by navigating to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and that page is going to be blank.
I’m not sure who you paid for those things, but if they are unwilling to assist you with a refund you can always file a payment dispute through your bank or card company.
It sounds like your issue is with Cool Plugins, and again, they aren’t connected to WordPress.com.

thank you I understand now. Also it seems half my issue has been resolved so I will check it out now and for the other half it seems that I was wrong. Anyways thank you for your help. Last question is there anyway to delete posts on this forum? Thanks
