I got the wrong domain name

  I wanted to get as a free domain ‘timberlakecc.wordpress.com’ but for some reason it added an ‘s’ to ‘timberlake’ resulting in ‘timberlakeScc.wordpress.com’. Can I fix this? There was a link saying I could correct it but it wouldn’t go to anywhere I could do that. It just went to a page saying I was now the owner of timberlakeS. How do I correct this?

  Hello –

  It looks like https://timberlakecc.wordpress.com/ already exists and is owned by someone else.

  There can only be one owner of each site address. My suggestion is to continue with the site address you have or pick a new one.

  Go to My Sites > Add New WordPress to do that.

  Thanks. Just this morning I was able to, mysteriously, get the name. Don’t know how I did it, but I did. Thanks for your help.
