Why can't I login to my dashboard?

What do I do? I haven’t used it in a while, but I want to now. It is richinspice.com. I created a new one (richinspice.wordpress.com) today by accident, but I really want to access my richinspice.com address.
How do I do this? Can you provide me with the exact steps I need to follow because I am confused.
