Let me try and help you out. Is my assumption correct in assuming that you want to find out which email address owned that blog?
In terms of recovering a deleted site, staff can restore it but only if the site was deleted less than thirty days ago. However, you need to use the account which owns the site, and that might be a bit problematic.

This might help trigger your memory on the email that owns the account – but you can let us know if there’s any issues and we’ll try to help.

Hi there, there is an lboksmati username, but that user did not create the lboksmati.wordpress.com site, so it is reserved for that username. If that username is yours, you can log into that account and then register that blog.
Can you verify the site address you are talking about? Perhaps there was a typo or something?

For security reasons, I’m unable to tell you which email address is connected to that account. Resetting the password with that username will send an email to the account email address — you would need to check all of your email accounts including the spam folder.

Just following on my from last reply. The lboksmati account is no longer available because this username was changed and discarded several years ago. Therefore you won’t be able to reset the password or use the Account Recovery form I mentioned above, sorry if I caused any confusion there.

Can you double check lboksmati.wordpress.com is the correct blog? As @thesacredpath mentioned, that address is reserved and hasn’t been used.

lboksmati.wordpress.com was automatically reserved for lboksmati and a site using that address can only be created by the account with the matching username — lboksmati. However, that username and account were discarded when the username was changed:

When you change the name of a blog/username to another, the old one is no longer available and cannot be undeleted. See #6 on our Change Site Address support page and the screenshot there.
