I had a domain with my wordpress, but switched it, and would like to switch it back due to some business advice I’ve just received. I had deleted the first domain from my domains added, but when I try to re-add it now, it doesn’t seem available to be added onto my WordPress? I’m new to this… is there an actual customer service to help with this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi thecarmengloria
Can you please mention your domain name which you want to add to your site?
I’m new to this… is there an actual customer service to help with this?
– This is a public forum where user post there issues related to site hosted on WordPress.com platform and We Volunteers and Staff help the user to get there issues resolved.
If you are under any of the paid plans you can also contact staff directly using live chat option. Here is the support document that will help you in getting more details on live chat features:

Hi there,
I’m following on the modlook tag. Can you please let me know the domain name you’re referring?
-
Hi! I already figured it out with my hosting service. Thank you anyways & have a nice weekend.:)
Oh, maybe I can ask you a different question. I have a CeNote Theme WordPress site and for some reason, when I add a link to some of my text, the text itself disappears on the page. I have searched through the forum and it seems to be a common issue, but there was no clarity as to how to fix it. I have activated a few plugins even to see if they help, but nothing. I appreciate if you can help with that?
-
For that I would recommend you contact support for your theme directly. It sounds like something might be off with the styling for links, with the link color being the same as the background. The people who made your theme would be the best to help you investigate that, though.

Thank you for your help. I have been in touch with the Theme directly now.
Since I am not a web designer and am learning as I go, I have a million questions, but I’ve figured out a lot of them.
The one thing I still can’t seem to figure out is how to connect my WordPress.org and WordPress.com accounts so my Gravatar image shows up on my WordPress.org website that I purchased when I am commenting or responding to someone who has just written on my blog post. Do you know how to do this?
Again thanks!

Howdy –
Gravatar is hooked in to WordPress.com. The image that you use there, should reflect on your WordPress.com account too. Have you found that to be the case?
Now, your WordPress.com and WordPress.org accounts are 2 different things.

Hi there. Thanks for your response. I know they are 2 different things, but when I am updating my account on WordPress.org to add an image, it links to WordPress.com Gravatar, which already has an image, but it will not appear on my .org account no matter how many times and ways I’ve tried. :/
-
@thecarmengloria would you send the email address for that account, as it’s listed on the. org site? We’ll see if we can find its related Gravatar.

I have been logging in directly via my hosting service, which is cheap-domainregistration.com.
The email should be (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I am not sure (since I’m logging in from my hosting). The email on account via my hosting service is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Maybe it’s under that email if you can’t find the (email visible only to moderators and staff).
So I actually haven’t figured out how to log in directly via WordPress.org, which is something I should look into as well.

It should be (email visible only to moderators and staff), but now that I think about it, I have been logging in directly via my hosting service cheap-domainregistration.com, which email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). It can be either one of those I guess. I need to look into logging in directly via WordPress.org I guess.
