I had canceled my subscription a while back ago, and they charged me again . Need my money back and please cancel completely, I am no longer in business

@leoaceves I don’t see recent charges on this account. Can you log out, then log in with the email address that gets receipts and renewal reminders? You should be able to manage your purchases here at that point. But if not, please get in touch again when you’re in the right account, either by replying here or by starting a request with direct support.
