How do I log in to my account?

  i had creat an account some months ago, but today i cant login at that. the login is ”Creos”. i cant recover the password because the email that i use to create the account is not a registrated email. i tried to create the acc again, but the name Creos is in use yet. can you delet the perfil for user Creos or show-me a way to do this, or recover de access, maybe showing the email atached to login Creos.
