  I’d like you to refund the charges made from 2017 till 2019.

  I hadn’t been using the account/ blog.
  I had trouble logging into the blog.
  I have no form of paymen/ or credit cards saved to wordpress. I don’t understand why or how you’ve been charging me for 3 years straight – and more – I’m being generous by asking to return 3 years of payment.
