    We do not provide support for Bluehost sites. Their Staff does that.

    Are you referring to a different site?

    Which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about, please?
    How many username accounts and sites do you have?

    Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto-renew. Or you could be logged in under the wrong username account.

    Did you carry through and you use the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel and request a refund?

    Did you also cancel auto-renew https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew?

    There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
    • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
    • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

    Canceling domains
    It is important to know that canceled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also, note that there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

    We issued a full refund on the 4th June 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually show on statements after 5-10 business days so you can expect to receive the money around then — today is the 8th business day. If you haven’t received it by the middle of next week, please contact your bank so they can check for any processing delays on their end.

    In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts so you may want to check that too.
