  THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! MY BLOG OF OVER TEN YEARS HAS BEEN ‘CLOSED’ FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM WORDPRESS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND HORRENDOUS TO ME. I HAVE BEEN KEEPING THAT PERSONAL PRIVATE BLOG FOR OVER TEN YEARS. I AM ENRAGED. I NEED WORDPRESS TO RECOVER MY BLOG.

  Please help.
  I have had this WordPress blog for over ten years, I don’t even have access to the original email address that I used to set up the blog so how on earth would I be able to provide my original activation URL or key? In ten years, I’ve NEVER needed to provide any of that information, and I never needed to set up two factor authentication because it was a private account that only I could see. I have over ten years worth of blog posts and journal entries on that blog and I would be absolutely devastated if they were lost because WordPress decided to delete my account for NO reason.

  Your site is up and running, nothing has been deleted. Wait for a Staff member who can help you.

  If my account is still up and running, why is it still telling me it’s been deleted when I try and log in????
  Will a staff member be responding to me via this thread?? This isn’t very helpful…

  Your “lost” accounts is still up and running otherwise your site wouldn’t be there anymore. Hold your horses and wait till a Staff member replies.

  Hi @alysachirkoffaustralia, we do not delete blogs of our users, only the owner of the site can do that.
  As @staartmees wrote, both your account and your site amariecl.wordpress.com are still there.

  Hi staff-mckluskey , thank you for your response – although it still does not explain why it would tell me my blog has been deleted every time I try to log in…
  I have sent an email to passwordhelp, though it is not a password issue. Hoping the Account Recovery team will be able to fix this.
