  HI All this has been an absolute nightmare. I made a mistake entering my email address when registering. So of coarse my confirmation email can be delivered. This seems to be impossible to fix because neither gravitar or wordpress will allow me to log in with my incorrect email , because it wants me to confirm it , which I cant. stuck in an infinite loop.

  All blog posts I have seen staff replying to similar problems start posting links to images of a page you would see on your blog or whatever where you can opt to have confirmation sent to a different email address. Of coarse this is absolutely useless because I CAN NOT LOG INTO ANYTHING to get such a page or option.

  So I had to just register again – but now my username is already taken. It is very unique and I use it all over the internet. Could somebody please sort this mess out for me? Please delete the account that has the incorrect email and take the username and apply it to my current account. My username is “shaderbytes” , I currently set my user name on this second registration to “willtherealshaderbytespleasestandup” .. sorry I had to find some humor in it all.

  I meant to say email can NOT be delivered in the second sentence. Where is the edit button for the post above..?

  Who types and submits perfect copy every time all day? nobody. Geez man get an edit button and if there is one STOP hiding it away in some convoluted place.

  ALso ,I don’t need help with a blog , I dont even want a blog .. you forced this option upon me to complete registration. Why did you append this text to my post above. This is getting really pathetic very quickly.

  This all started because I was added as an admin on a blog where I need to update a post. I was then instructed I should have gravitar to link my profile to an image. While registering for gravitar From this the whole nasty infinite loop started when I entered in my email incorrectly.
