Hello, I do have a blog on wordpress.com, which I did not use very much in the past either. I did try to connect now in order to post that karl august has a new online shop, http://www.karlaugustcologne.de, but I cannot log in. You sent me 3 emails on the 2nd of July with the following content:

I did not request any passwort reset on the 2nd of July. I am really afraid this is a hacking attempt.
My email adress is still the one I used to register and at which you sent me all these information.

According to our records, a month ago, someone with access to the email address of the blog owner for atelierkarlaugust.wordpress.com reset the password, and subsequently changed the email address and username for the account. There were no other changes to the site as far as I can tell.
If you did not authorize these changes, it appears someone had access to the email account associated with this blog, because they were able to use that account to access your blog and confirm these changes. You should immediately change the password to that email account.
From there, if you need further assistance recovering the account, please contact us using our password form, https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
When you go there, click on the “need more help” link and include the correct registered email address in the first line. Our staff will go from there.
