  The tutorial says go to
  Users/Personal Settings/Admin Color Schemes
  I have no Admin Color Schemes….
  Why is that?

  Hi there. WordPress.com recently switched to a new Dashboard design that, as of right now, only includes one color scheme. It is possible that in the future, multiple color schemes will be available, but as of right now, there is only the black color scheme.
