Just after a minute starting a new post, I got this message: ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.’ How can I bring back the old classic and stable editor?

It is no longer possible to set the classic editor as default on WordPress.com.

When introducing a completely new system, it would be polite to explain how it works, what the changes are… We lack all the information needed.

Before the unified navigation was introduced, or just around the time it was to be implemented they announced it here https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/unified-navigation/ and called on to users who were experiencing difficulties to add to the thread their queries and concerns. If you require more information on this, hop on to the thread as well, you will definitely get staff responses on the matter.

The error you mentioned is one that Staff believed had been resolved, so I’ll also flag your thread for their attention.
Meantime you can try what was previously suggested which is to log out of WordPress.com and clear your cache and cookies. More on that procedure here https://wordpress.com/support/clearing-your-sites-cache/

This issue was already fixed, but we’ve seen a few reports lately so something might be going on again. -
