I hate the new post format! How do I get the classic back?

  The new format doesn’t place images properly, and I can’t figure out how to change the spacing. Nothing will save in the right location. Please advise.

  1. To use the classic editor to create posts
  go to Dashboard > Posts > Add New
  Here is the model so you can see the format
  http://INSERT_NAME_OF_YOUR_BLOG_HERE/wp-admin/post-new.php
  Note that you can bookmark that link.

  Here is the link to the page on your blog
  http://michellearch.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php

  2. To use the classic editor when you edit posts,
  go the Posts -> All Posts menu, hover over the post title and click the Edit link.

  Thank you for the quick response. I’ll try that next time. There used to be a button at the bottom of the new format to switch back to classic. Oddly enough, when I opened the draft of my new post, it was in the old, much more editable classic format. I was able to move the image just where I wanted it and get it published.

  Yes! But the button doesn’t exist more. I hate the Beep beep Doom editor. :)
