I have 3 WP websites and I cannot access 2 of them.

One of them is fine to log in to. This is what I get when I try to log in to the other two:

Neither will allow me past those screens to login to those sites.

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
