  I’ve received a charge on my bank statement but cannot locate a site that it is linked to. It doesn’t appear to be this one. I need to cancel this charge subscription. Please help

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
