  I have a blog I cannot access – meandmywine.com. I used my old work email to to create and maintain the site, and when I left my job, I stopped writing the site and lost any way to access the site. I still own the domain name and would like to begin writing the blog again, yet have no way to retrieve a password as the email used to create the site is no longer active. Please advise at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Kevin Keith

  Hi there Kevin Keith, no problem. You’ve paid for upgrades on that site, so you can recover access with a transaction ID:

  Don’t post the ID here (since we don’t want someone else to use it to gain access to your site!) but do enter it into the secure form.
