I have a blog post listed as a menu

I posted something last night and it was late so I guess I put some sort of tag or somrthing on it and now it doesn’t show up in line with the other posts instead it shows up between ‘Menu and About’. I’ve got no idea what I’ve done or how to move it HELP lol
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Arvazallia Advanced Color Care System Review is a page and not a blog post.
You have to copy the text of your page and paste it in a new blog post. Then you have to insert the images. After you successfully published the post you can delete the page.

Thank you. I was afraid I had to do that. I have no idea what I did. Figures it was the longest thing I have ever written
