I have a business plan I cannot access, I want to talk to a happiness engineer

    Can someone please contact me, I reset my website and now cannot create a new one as the business plan is lost. Its reverted to a free plan so I cant restore from back up as per the instructions, and I cant talk to a human

    You just have to wait untill a Staff member is available.

    I noticed you unsubscribed from the Business plan on September 7, 2024. I’ve restored your Business plan now, so you should be able to access all its features again.

    To restore your website to its previous state, you can use one of the backups stored in your WordPress.com dashboard. Follow the guide here to restore your site from a backup: Restore Your Site from Backup.

    Additionally, could you let us know why you reset your site? Were you trying to fix a specific issue?
