I have a business subscription account but I can't access live chat

I am disgusted with how terrible WordPress customer service is. I have purchased a business subscription on WordPress.com, and I’ve been trying to contact support for days. When I go to help, it only allows me to ‘post in the forums,’ and I need an actual WordPress engineer, and there is no customer service number for busness subscribers either???

Those who have a paid upgrade use the “Contact Support” form, http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ where they will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately.

I have gone to “http://wordpress.com/help/contact” multiple times and it will only allow me to post in forums even though I know I have bought a business subscription (it has already come out of my credit card and is listed in my “manage purchases”. And I have emailed those 2 addresses multiple times and heard nothing back. I just want to get in contact with a human. As soon as I do, I am cancelling this subscription because this is terrible.

Everyone answering support questions is a human being. There are no robots answering questions.
The quickest way to get an answer to your questions is to post here. I’ve been answering questions for nearly 10 years. I predate all but one support Staff member being on Staff and I predate the support documentation. That’s why I can say with full confidence that there’s rarely any question asked here that has not been asked and answered many times over. Otherwise, you can simply wait for Staff to work their way through their email support requests backlog and answer your email.
