I have a .ca site NOT a .com site (please change it)
-
Hi, I think the missing point here is that I ALREADY had the Tempera template on my MISSING WordPress account (so why on earth can’t I have it now?) And where did that account go?
Did it disappear after this message from you:
Okay, so that is set up on our end (urbansafari.ca pointing to usrs.wordpress.com)
Now, please go to GoDaddy’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMAnd please note – I merged the TWO WORDPRESS sites using the info on your own WORDPRESS forum: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/combining-two-wordpress-account?replies=7 (so why in the world would THAT be related to GoDaddy?)
And no – we did not have a functioning website on GoDaddy – GoDaddy is HOSTING the urbansafari.ca WordPress website.
This is so amazingly messed up.

You never had the Tempura theme on a WordPress.com site because that theme is not available on WordPress.com. If you were looking at a site using the Tempura theme, you were looking at a self-hosted site.
And no – we did not have a functioning website on GoDaddy – GoDaddy is HOSTING the urbansafari.ca WordPress website.
If GoDaddy is hosting your WordPress site, you do not need or want a WordPress.com site.
I would encourage you undo the change of the nameservers and point urbansafari.ca back to your GoDaddy hosted site. I suspect that will correct things for you.
