I need to cancel and a refund. I have a charge in my credit card for $362 and i don’t know where this come from. ‘Why was I charged?’ is not working. i don’t have anything in the Manage Purchases page either.

P.S. Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

However, I do not see any upgrades under the account that you contacted us from. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account? If so, post in this thread from that account so that I can see what you were charged for and also refund the purchase for you.

The same happened to me. I tried to do this myself but i couldn’t find the upgrade purchase. I bought the upgrade and in fact i have a charge but is clearly not what i have ordered. i don’t understand what is happening. I used this account. I have another account but i haven’t used it for years…

I’m going to e-mail you and ask you for your name and the date in which the charged occurred. Hopefully, with that information, I will be able to track down the charge.
