I have a chargeback fee on my account however this was the result of purchasing a plan for the wrong

  I have a chargeback on my account. I purchased a plan however it was not intended for this site. I contacted wordpress and did not receive a response thus I cancelled through paypal. Please remove the chargeback from this account as the purchase was made in error
